These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Cyberdime website(s), including any subdomains, landing pages, and related online services (collectively, the "Website"), operated by Cyberdime, LLC ("Cyberdime," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

The Website provides information about Cyberdime's software, automation, marketing, and digital services for small and medium-sized businesses. Information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer of services.

2. No Client Relationship

Use of the Website does not create a client, contractor, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and Cyberdime. Any services provided by Cyberdime are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement or invoice-based services agreement.
